A Revolutionary Compensation Plan

PROMOTION GUIDELINES

No more than one third of promotion production credit can come from any one leg.
Each qualifying leg must have joined PFA and be licensed in the states where production is done.
All promotion production credits are based on closed target premium only.
No rolling target premium or uncollected premium will qualify for promotion credt.
All PFA Compensation Plans and promotion guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.
For Promotions of Director Levels (QFD to EFD) 3 of ATF Recruits must be direct recruits.
Each QFD Thru EFD must re-qualify annually for their promotion level. If promotion level is not re-qualified then the QFD thru EFD will roll down to the next level.
